In your video documentary about Hyper Grace- you pointed out that they called you a pharisee. Now a real pharisee is some one who actually changes the meaning of words and teaches differently than what scripture actually intends. So who is actually the pharisees, the hype grace teachers.(1Pet. 2:1-4)

You're not naming names? How is that loving? You put out the clickbait to get one to read your article and quasi-warning and then leave them in the dark about who they should run from?? Why would you leave a Brother & Sister perhaps in the grip of this wolf's teeth? That may keep you outta hot water but sure leaves your brothers & sisters in it. Disappointed. I expect more from you, Dr. Brown.

I'm wondering what your thoughts are of the parallels between current hyper grace movement and the decline of the Mainline denoms in the 70's-80's? I was saved in 80's into an evangelical church, grew up in a mainline denomination and thought that a lot of evangelical denoms seemed to be headed down the same path. An exaltation of theology, de-emphasis of the Holy Spirit, professionalism of ministry. I remember an article in the 90's talking about the "DMin-ization" of ministry, wondering where Church was headed with the trend toward being credential focused. Is history being repeated in a way?
