The God of the Old Testament vs. The God of the New Testament

Well aj2000a, if what you claim is true, would you mind explaining whose voice that was from heaven that said after Jesus was baptized in the Jordan, "This is My Son, whom I love; with Him I am well pleased." - Matthew 4:17. And while you're at it, would you please explain exactly who it was that Jesus was praying to all the time He spent in prayer during His 3 1/2 years in ministry (Mark 1:35; 6:46, Luke 5:16; 6:12, John 17:1-26)? Do you go around referring to yourself as "us?" In Genesis 1:26 God said, "Let US make man in OUR likeness..." John 1:1 says that the Word (Jesus) was WITH God and also WAS God. Can you explain that? The reality is, aj2000a, that God is 3 in 1 and 1 in three. There are quite a few things that our finite human minds can't fully understand, aj2000a, such as: How is it that God always was?

Jehovah of the Old Testament is Jesus of the New Testament the self same God manifested in flesh, THE person of God see Isaiah 45:21 (a just God and a Saviour; there is none else beside me). Also Hosea 13:04 , Colossians 2:09 (for in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily) 1 Timothy 3:16 to reference just a few. Dr Brown being one of the descendants of Israel surely must understand there is only one person in the Godhead (reference the first commandment "thou shalt have no other gods besides me") Jesus was neither Jew nor Gentile but the created body lamb of God required for redemption, for we are redeemed by the blood of God
