Hi :) I just got aware that Proverbs 6,30 in my norwegian translation had changed from "isn't the thief despised if he steals to satisfy his hunger when he is starving?" to "noone despise the thief when he steals to satisfy his hunger when he is starving." - which is in effect - as far as I can understand - completely reversing the content. You understand hebrew - so maybe you could clarify the meaning of the verse? The verse is in the middle of a warning against adultery - and - if the verse is to be also understood in a transformed way - it would mount to the difference of how to think about someone who is stealing sex (raping?) because he is starving from it... If the verse is not connected to the context - it's strange why it is put there? Please clarify.
