In response to "really now" whose attempting here to equate miscarriages with abortion, employing a diversion tactic commonly known as a red herring fallacy. Miscarriages are sometimes allowed by God for His own purposes. There is an important distinction to be made between a naturally occurring miscarriage and the deliberate ending of a human life in abortion. Although pregnancy loss is known in the medical world as a “spontaneous abortion,” it has nothing to do with induced abortion or abortion-on-demand. One is unplanned (from the human perspective); the other is purposeful. One is based on God’s authority over life and death; the other is a human usurpation of divine authority.

(I'm not sure what happened to my original comment, so I'm re-writing it) I just wanted to note that I think this article was really excellent. I wouldn't add nor take away a single word from it. This really is wisdom, gleaned, I'm sure, from years of fruitful study as well as experience. We do all do very well to heed it and take it deeply to heart. It really does apply to any political leader - whether past, present or future - but I think it is aptly written now, given what we've all witnessed these last few years. Thank you very much for sharing.

This article by Bob O'Dell is well worth the read: "AMERICA, TRUMP AND THE TWO GOLDEN CALVES" --- Dan = Democrats, Bethel = GOP. --- Notice the time it was written. Take the time for this one, as I said, it's worth it. You will need to copy and paste: https://www.israel365news.com/78807/america-trump-two-golden-calves-opinion/

The idolatry started when the orange monster first slithered down its faux gold escalator and an army of leading Evangelicals fell to their metaphorical knees in blind adoration. Their soul-selling worship of the deranged demagogue continues.

You write "...And why the virtual denial of the amount of damage he did during his presidency, damage which largely offset the good?" Help me understand what great harm he did. Are you referring to the tone of the tweets with which you constantly disagreed or is there also some actions that were done that you believe negated the actions of his presidency which accomplished good?
