Actually, it's more than "absolutely outrageous," Dr. Brown, it's an outright violation of our Constitutional rights and the rights afforded to us by the Bill of Rights—which followed the Constitution. It makes you wonder when the last time was that some of these judges read the Bill of Rights. Of course, most of the liberal judges probably agree with ex president Obama who said, "I think that the Constitution is an imperfect document. I think it is a document that reflects some deep flaws in American culture....it reflects a fundamental flaw that continues to this day." And yet ex president Obama solemnly swore to "preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States." What did Abraham Lincoln have to say about our Constitution? "Don't interfere with anything in the Constitution. It must be maintained, for it is the only safeguard of our liberties." To what degree did Abraham Lincoln believe that? He went on to say, "We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the Courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution."
