No it is not...President Trumps message is true for 2018 and needs to be heard. The left who embraces socialism & communism haven't served in uniform against a former cold war country or combat zone, to understand the horrors of such. Once you cross the line and accept this new kind political party...a war has begun and a fight to stop it is over. People or a nation has to lose a precious thing to understand its gone. What Nationalist is...is not NAZIism like the left - liberals wants you to believe. These younger people running for the office haven't lived long enough, or served a nation, to understand that the responsibilities of leading people, and keeping a nation safe and moving forward. The younger folks I believe are living in a fantasy world of politics, and the devil with his deception has their minds and filling it propaganda of fake news and crap! God help us...we need it.

That was an excellent, well thought article. I appreciate the time you took and the thought you put into what you wrote. Hopefully it will encourage a civil discussion on the subject, because such discussions are very important. I was watching the rally in Houston on October 22nd when President Trump made his comments about a globalist and a nationalist. It was obvious to me that President Trump was using the word “nationalist” to mean someone who took pride in their own nation, and was patriotic to their own nation. What President Trump said was in stark contrast to all the divisive rhetoric and talk of ‘tribalism’ in this country. It was very nice to my ears to listen to President Trump to call on ‘nationalism,’ because the best way to overcome the divisive nature of ‘tribalism’ in any country is to point out the commonality of ‘nationalism.’ I thought it strange that some immediately jumped on what President Trump said, and tried to make it a racist thing by adding the word “white,” as in “white nationalist.” Why did they do that? Why did they have to add something that President Trump never said? What they accomplished in my opinion was to continue in the divisive and destructive path that works against the pride that nationalism, and a united pride in our own country regardless of race would accomplish. And I did not know that “Nazi” was a shortened form for “National” in German. I thank you for that information. It gave some insight into what France’s Prime Minister Macron said this week. I hope that Prime Minister Macron will come to see that is not how President Trump used the term “nationalist,” and reconsider his opinion of President Trump’s words.
